Participating
You must be at least 18 and have permission to use the devices and provide information about the dog. Do not submit children’s information, include children in recordings, or record other people without their permission.
Your dog’s comfort comes first
Have an adult beside your dog, use a stable device and comfortable volume, and let the dog leave freely. Stop if the dog seems uncomfortable. You can stop participating at any time. This is not an unattended monitoring service or a medical product. We do not guarantee recognition or any particular response.
The experiment
Normal Video, Big Face Mode, and See-Me Mode are being compared in short tests. Owner-reported feedback and manual dog-side video review are observations, not clinical or scientific proof. Device support and connection quality are still being tested.
Recording and consent
Standard Beta does not record. Research Beta records only dog-side video with explicit consent and a visible indicator. Owner video and call audio are not recorded by this research flow. Marketing permission is separate and optional. Keep invitation links and codes private.
Cost and changes
The current beta does not collect payments from testers. Paying-interest answers are research questions, not a purchase or subscription. Your internet or mobile-data provider may charge for use. Features and access may change as the beta develops.
Privacy and leaving
Read the privacy notice and use the deletion request form to request removal. Do not use the service to record others without permission or interfere with another participant’s access.
